On-site supervision to achieve a tight construction schedule
Following the irrigation design of a golf course and recreational complex, HydroPlan supervisors were on site for 4 months in charge of 150 local engineers and labourers who installed the system themselves.
The project was completed on schedule despite serious delays in equipment deliveries.
